What do you offer for allergies?
PLEASE let me know before the session. If your allergy is to most lotions, you can bring your own. I use Biotone Clear Results Oil (contains Jojoba Oil and Aloe) or Santa Barbara Cream (contains Olive Oil, coconut oil, Beeswax, plus essential oils. Castor oil or plain coconut oil are other options.
Does Massage help Pain or limited mobility?
Yes – tell me what’s going on before and/or during the session so I can to try to help with any chronic or acute pain issue. You can point or tell me where the pain appears, although I will work other areas that contribute to the issue.
Do you have Special Accommodations?
I will need to know ahead of time to make arrangements. I do have extra pillows for propping or you can rest side-lying if laying on your back or stomach is uncomfortable.
Cancellation Policy
24 hour advance notice (call/txt/msg) is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This amount must be paid prior to your next scheduled appointment.
No-shows
If you are a no show, no call, text, etc – to your rescheduled appointment and are using a gift card or voucher, you will be charged the full value of your appointment and a credit card will be required to secure your next appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other clients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
